Common Installation Issues

Android users sometimes see a "Unknown sources" warning. This is normal — Android requires you to explicitly allow installation from sources outside the Play Store. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown sources and toggle it on. After installation, you can toggle it back off. Some users report certificate trust errors on older Android versions. This happens because the APK is signed with a certificate that older systems don't recognize. Update your device's security patches or use the browser version instead. If the APK download stalls, check your internet connection and try again — the file is typically under 50 MB. iOS users may see a prompt to trust the app developer. Tap Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and trust indo6d's certificate.

Data, Permissions, and Account Security

The indo6d app requests permission to access your device's camera (for KYC photo ID verification) and contacts (optional, for account recovery). We do not share these permissions with third parties. All data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. Your account password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We use two-factor authentication (2FA) via email or SMS to protect your account. Enable 2FA in your account settings after registration.
